When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and organisation, the type of enquiry and your message. To protect the form from abuse, we also keep a one-way (hashed) fingerprint of your IP address for a short period; we do not store the IP address itself.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, tender or partnership request, and to keep a record of that correspondence.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries are stored securely in this website’s database and can be viewed only by authorised website administrators. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to deal with them and meet any legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or object to its processing, by sending a request through the enquiry form on our home page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
